Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring & event detection 24×7
  • Troubleshooting insiden berdasarkan SOP
  • Menjalankan tugas operasional rutin sesuai SOP (Job execution, Application deployment, Basic configuration changes, dan Service restarts)
  • Eskalasi insiden ke level support berikutnya sesuai incident management escalation path

Responsibilities:

  • Menjadi Single Point of Contact (SPOC) 24×7 untuk user internal dan customer eksternal
  • Mencatat dan mengelola tiket di ITSM system
  • Melakukan initial triage dan kategorisasi incident/service request
  • Menangani First Contact Resolution (FCR) bila memungkinkan
  • Menyampaikan update ke customer selama incident, termasuk major incident communication

Quick Facts: Onsite • L2 (Junior–Senior) • Customer-facing Mobile/Web • Logs & APM (ELK/Splunk, Dynatrace/AppDynamics)

Responsibilities:

  • Menjadi SME untuk aplikasi Mobile & Web yang customer-facing
  • Advanced troubleshooting untuk issue aplikasi, API, dan data (eskalasi dari L1)
  • Monitoring health & performance menggunakan (Logs (ELK / Splunk), APM tools (Dynatrace / AppDynamics)
  • Maintenance dan tuning application servers
  • Menjalankan deployment, configuration changes, dan hotfix di production sesuai ITIL Change Enablement
  • Koordinasi dengan L3 vendor atau internal development team

  • Nyaman menangani issue kompleks dan root cause analysis

  • Maintenance dan tuning middleware components
